Hi, I’m Julie!
From the first meeting to closing, I’ll provide personalized service, 24/7 availability, innovative marketing with personal touches, and top-notch negotiating skills–always with my customers’ best interests at heart.
Real estate is constantly evolving, and I've made it my mission to stay at the forefront of the industry. By committing to innovative marketing strategies and cutting-edge technology like predictive analytics, I've sold over 650 homes, with more than 430 of them in Arlington.
What makes me different is my background in social work, where I honed my skills in patience, detail-orientation, proactive behavior, and advocacy. Graduating from Providence College in 1998 with a degree in Social Work, I initially worked as a social worker before buying my first investment property at 23 and transitioning to full-time real estate. This career switch felt natural to me because, as a real estate agent, I continue to help people solve problems and achieve their dreams, just in a different way.
Guiding You Every Step of the Way
Buying or selling a home can be stressful, and I pride myself on creating as smooth a transaction as possible. My customers can rely on me to listen, understand, and work hard to meet their needs. My goal is to take the burden off their shoulders, so they can focus on the excitement of this next phase of their lives.
A Strong Belief in Giving Back
I am passionate about giving back, especially in fundraising for cancer research. I've run the Boston Marathon five times as part of the Dana Farber Cancer Institute team, raising money for research. We are incredibly blessed to have this cutting-edge treatment facility in Boston, a luxury many around the world can only dream of. To continue supporting Dana Farber, I donate a portion of every sale that occurs during marathon training season.
Unmatched Local Knowledge
Living in a single-family home in Arlington Heights with my husband and two children, and owning three multifamily investment properties in town, I have deep-rooted connections in Arlington. This gives me an edge in understanding the many benefits of living in Arlington and nearby communities like Belmont, Lexington, Winchester, and West Medford. These areas offer superior school systems, excellent transportation access, world-class healthcare and education, rich culture and history, abundant recreational opportunities, and a strong community spirit. Arlington has the best of both worlds – it's close to the vibrancy of the city but retains a small-town feel, offering a perfect blend of urban and suburban living.
